TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Sentier welcomes the users and hopes that the Web Site is to their liking and the information contained in it, might be useful to them. The access to the Web Site and any use of the information it contains are subject to the following terms and conditions of use. If the user does not agree with the contents of these Terms, we ask to refrain from any further use of the Web Site.
All the products for sale on www.sentier-italia.com (hereinafter “Site”), are sold and invoiced by Sentier di Segantin Roberta with legal office in Treviso, Italy, Vicolo G.Bonifacio 7 P.IVA 04112040268 CF. SGNRRT64L58L424E (hereinafter “Sentier”).

GENERAL CONDITIONS OF SALE
1. ACCEPTANCE OF THE SALE GENERAL CONDITION AND CONCLUSION OF THE CONTRACT
1.1 The contract made between Sentier and the customer (the party, a natural person who makes the purchase on the Site, not related to their commercial or business or professional activity) has to be understood as having been concluded with the order acceptance, even if partially, by Sentier.
If the order won’t be accepted for any reason, Sentier will provide immediately to communicate it to the customer.
1.2 By placing the order according with the indicated procedures, with the order Form present on
Site (hereinafter “Order”), the Customer declares to have taken notes of the information given to him during the purchasing procedure and that he fully accepts the general conditions (hereinafter “Conditions”).
1.3 The conditions are available to be printed or saved on a durable medium as per Art. 12 del D.Lgs 70/2003 e dall’art. 51 del D.Lgs 206/2005, modified by D.Lgs 21/2014.
2. PURCHASING PROCEDURES
2.1 The products offered by Sentier on the Site are only the one actually visible at the time the order is submitted, or described in the respective information part.
2.2 However, it is understood that images showing the products and the information belong are only for information purposes and may not be perfectly representative of the product’s characteristics but vary, for example, in size or colors (that depends also from the browser and the monitor used during access and navigation on the Site)
2.3 To complete the order Customer must fill in all parts the form on the Site and send it after having carefully read the Conditions and the characteristics of the product and /or the products he intends to purchase. Customer will be allowed to request to Sentier to issue an invoice for the purchase, in accordance with Art. 22 of Presidential Decree n. 633/1972.
2.4 The proper reception of the Order will be confirmed by Sentier with an e-mail reply, sent to the email address notified by the Customer. The confirmation will summarize the conditions of purchase, as provided by the applicable legislation, as well as the data included in the Order filled by the Customer, so that Customer can check all data and, in case of any incorrect data entry, notify the necessary corrections to be make.
3. PRICES AN PAYMENT PROCEDURES
3.1 The prices shown on the Site are inclusive of taxes and VAT. Any costs for the shipping of goods or payment-related expenses shall be notified in advance to the Customer through the Site or these Conditions.
3.2 The following payment procedures are accepted:
a) CREDIT CARD
Where goods are purchased using Credit Card, the transaction can be effect through the PayPal safe server or through another safe server chosen by Sentier. Under no circumstances and at not stage of the payment will Sentier be in a position to know the information regarding Customer’s credit card, transferred over a protected connection directly to the site of the bank that is handling the transaction. Said data shall not held in any data store of Sentier and, accordingly, in no case may Sentier be held responsible for any fraudulent or improper, misuse of credit cards by third parties when payment is made.
b) CREDIT TRANSFER
Where purchases are made through a credit transfer the bank account details for payment will be displayed. The goods will be shipped, only for available in stock items, not for the “made to order” items, only on reception of the payment by the bank.
4. DELIVERY OF THE PRODUCTS AND RELATED EXPENSE
4.1 Products purchased shall be delivered to the address indicated in the Order of the cost specifically indicated at the Site before the submission of the invoice. Sentier reserves the option to accept, or not to accept, requests for deliveries outside the following countries: Italy, Europe, Extra Cee, Usa.
4.2 Where deliveries are requested to countries not part of European Union, any import-related custom expense shall be borne by the recipient. Customers are invited to contact the customs authorities in his Country beforehand check on the import costs and on any import restrictions.
4.3 The delivery time indicated by Sentier must be considered as a broad guide and a delay with respect to them, or any split consignments do not entitle Customers to refuse the delivery and to demand compensation or indemnity payments.
4.4 At the time of the delivery the Customer has to check the following:
- The number of packages delivered corresponds with what is shown in the transport documents
- The packing is intact, not damaged, outside and inside, no wet or in any way damaged also for the sealing/tie-around materials (adhesive tape).
Any damage to the packing and/or to the product or an absence of correspondence in the number of packages or the indications must be immediately noted, and a remark to this specific effect must be made on the product delivery document to be returned to the carrier.
Any problems regarding the physical intactness, the correspondence, or the completeness of the products received must be reported within 7 days of the delivery, following the procedures as in this document.
5. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
5.1 If the Customer need to substitute, or return an item purchased on Sentier site, substitution or return must be requested by email to info@sentier-italia.com, with all details, the good details and information, the purchase order extremes.
The cost related to the returns or the exchange are charged to the customer and the package must be sent, with 7 days of receipt return or substitution authorization from Sentier side, to the following address: Sentier di Segantin Roberta, Via Casette 17/a, 31100 Treviso.
The item can be changed with any other item of same value available in the Sentier e-commerce. Refund can be only issued under authorization by Sentier, total reversal of the payment will be transfer to the customer’s checking account indicated by the client or Credit Card: Sentier bank will proceed with the refunds within 7 working days from the confirmation refunds email. Receipt of the funds is subject to Client bank.
Item or items must be returned on their original packaging, complete in all its parts, including packing and any documentation and accessory provision: tags, labels, shoe bag (if included).
The return will not be accepted if damaged.
The right of exchange can apply to the product purchased and its entirety: it is not possible to return a partial part of it.
All articles must be returned intact, in case of shoes must be tried on a clean surface and the sole must be not damaged or used or dirty.
Returns used, damaged or soiled may be not accepted and will be returned to the customer and not refunded.
The right to exchange does not apply to personalized products or made to order products.
Made to order products can be only exchanged.
6. WARRANTIES
6.1 All products sold by Sentier are covered by the 12 months warranty for defect in conformity.
6.2 The warranty for defects in conformity shall apply provided that the respective product has been used correctly, having regard for its intended use and for what is stated in the usage instruction that are indicated in the Site.
